What You'll Do

As a Senior Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Installing, commissioning, configuring, and maintaining FLAGMAN IoT and AI-based systems at customer sites.
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, and edge computing issues.
- Performing preventive maintenance and ensuring reliable system performance.




- Providing technical support and training to customers and onsite teams.
- Working closely with customers to understand issues, manage expectations, and deliver effective solutions.
- Coordinating service visits and maintaining accurate service and installation documentation.
- Collaborating with our R&D;, Product, and Engineering teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Capturing customer feedback and contributing to continuous product and service improvements.
- Following all required safety, quality, and service standards.
- Travelling occasionally to customer sites and partner locations as required.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who has:
- Strong experience in field service, installation, commissioning, and technical support of hardware and software systems.
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting IoT, networking, embedded systems, or edge computing devices.
- Experience in preventive maintenance, diagnos
