Job Description
- Manage HR Ops for the plant, ensuring Compliance with policies and regulations.
- Develop & implement HR Strategies to support business goals.
- Handle Emp Relations and foster a positive workplace environment.
- Oversee Recruitment and Talent Mgt processes.
- Plan & execute T&D; programmes.
- Ensure Payroll & Perks administration runs smoothly.
- Monitor & manage workforce performance metrics.
- Collaborate with leadership to align HR goals with business objectives.

The Successful Applicant

The successful applicant in this role meets the following criteria-
- MUST have speaking & reading proficiency in Kannada.
- Should have 20+ yrs of exp.
- Open to 6 days work mode.
- Candidates with experience working in listed organizations will be preferred.
