Job Description
- Drive the overall business strategy, growth roadmap, and operational priorities.
- Drive business development, customer acquisition, and revenue growth initiatives.
- Build and strengthen relationships with key customers, channel partners, consultants, project organisations, and institutional stakeholders.
- Lead manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, planning, logistics, quality, and engineering functions.
- Drive productivity, efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives across the value chain.
- Enhance capacity utilisation, operational performance, and working capital effectiveness.

The Successful Applicant




- 20+ years of experience in manufacturing-led organisations.
- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale operations with full business and P&L; responsibility.
- Strong background across Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, and Commercial functions.
- Proven track record of driving business growth, operational excellence, and profitability improvement.
- Experience in customer-facing leadership roles, business development, or commercial management.
- Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional leadership teams.
- Strong strategic thinking, execution capability, and stakeholder management skills.
