Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
- Collaborate with business analysts to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Conduct thorough testing of RPA solutions to ensure quality and performance standards are met.
- Provide support and maintenance for existing RPA solutions, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Document processes and RPA solutions for future reference and compliance purposes.




- Mentor and train junior developers in RPA best practices and development techniques.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in RPA technology.

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in RPA development with hands-on experience in at least one RPA tool (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).
- Solid programming skills in languages such as C#, .NET, Java, or Python.
- Experience with SQL and database management for data extraction and manipulation.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Ability to analyze and optimize business processes for automation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and team members.
