Job Title: Video Editor & Graphic Designer

Responsibilities:
Video Editing
- Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, ads, and social media videos
- Create engaging short-form content with strong hooks and retention-focused pacing
- Add transitions, motion graphics, captions, sound design, and effects
- Repurpose long-form content into short-form clips
- Understand current editing styles and social media trends

Graphic Designing
- Design Instagram posts, carousels, thumbnails, ad creatives, and brand assets
- Create visually strong content aligned with brand identity
- Work on typography, layouts, color systems, and social media aesthetics
- Design creatives optimized for engagement and conversions

Collaboration
- Coordinate with content strategists and social media team
- Deliver content within deadlines
- Contribute creative ideas for campaigns and content improvement

Requirements:
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator




- (CapCut and Canva knowledge is a plus, not a substitute)
- Solid understanding of social media content formats
- Good sense of design, composition, pacing, and storytelling
- Ability to work fast without compromising quality
- Understanding of trending reel formats and viral content styles
- Basic knowledge of branding and marketing psychology
- Portfolio is mandatoryPreferred Skills
- Motion graphics experience
- Thumbnail designing
- Knowledge of AI tools for content workflows
- Photography/videography understanding is a bonus
