We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Psychologist to provide specialized mental health and developmental support to special children. This full time role involves conducting psychological assessments, designing individualized therapy plans, and implementing behavioral interventions tailored to each child's developmental needs.
Job Scope & Responsibilities:
- Clinical Assessment & Diagnosis: Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, developmental evaluations, and diagnostic screening for neurodiverse children (e.g., Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD).
- Individualized Therapy: Develop and implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and positive reinforcement structures, to address emotional, behavioral, and developmental challenges.
- Multidisciplinary Integration: Actively participate in weekly "Peer Sync" meetings to exchange clinical assessments and coordinate holistic,
integrated care approaches with speech pathologists, special educators, and other therapists.
- Caregiver Alignment: Conduct routine "Parent Alignment" handovers post-session to relay simple, home-based therapeutic tasks and provide essential guidance to caregivers on child behavior management.
- Documentation & Tracking: Maintain detailed, specific therapeutic daily logs for every child session, accurately recording behavioral triggers and clinical milestones achieved in line with "Case Tracking" protocols.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma/Bachelor's or Master's degreein Psychology (Clinical, Child, or Applied Psychology preferred).
- Strong understanding of child development, behavioral, and neurodevelopmental disorders.
- Relevant experience working with special children is preferred; internship experience may be considered.
