About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with recruiters and hiring partners.
- Schedule interviews, placement drives, and recruitment events.
- Assist students with resume building, interview preparation, and communication skills.
- Track student placement data and maintain reports.
- Coordinate with internal trainers and academic teams.
- Follow up with companies regarding openings, interview feedback, and hiring status.
- Organize workshops, seminars, and mock interview sessions.
- Ensure smooth execution of end-to-end placement processes.
