Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and develop working drawings using AutoCAD, including:
- Sections
- Elevations
- Electrical layouts
- Plumbing layouts
- Ability to read and interpret structural drawings:
- Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and planning-stage designs.
- Work on interior working drawings, detailing and coordination (added advantage).
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and engineers throughout the execution stages.
- Ensure design accuracy, quality, and adherence to project timelines.
- Conduct site visits when required to ensure design compliance.
- Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and assist in material selection.
- Handle complete projects independently in the long run with confidence and ownership.
- Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and construction techniques.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or other design tools is a plus.
- Strong understanding of working drawings and architectural detailing.
- Knowledge of materials, finishes, and current design practices.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think independently and develop cutting-edge solutions.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
