- Drive loan disbursements and build partnerships with financiers to assist customers with vehicle financing.

2. Service & Workshop Operations
- Oversee the service department to ensure quality vehicle maintenance, timely servicing, and high First-Time-Right (FTR) scores.
- Ensure strict quality checks—such as Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI)—are conducted before handing over vehicles to customers.
- Manage spare parts inventory to prevent stockouts and coordinate with manufacturers for smooth supply chain operations. Indeed +2

3. Customer Experience & Retention
- Monitor customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores, address customer grievances, and ensure swift resolutions.
- Implement loyalty programs, routine service follow-ups, and customer feedback mechanisms.
