About Wooziee
Wooziee is a social discovery platform connecting people with events and experiences around them. We partner with event organisers across India, from nightlife and fitness to workshops and brand activations, to help them list, promote, and sell tickets on our platform.

The Role
We're looking for a Sales Assistant to support Wooziee's growing sales function. You'll split your time between outreach reaching out to prospective event organisers and sales support, helping the team stay organised, follow up on leads, and keep the pipeline moving. A great role if you want real exposure to a quick-moving sales environment without being thrown in at the deep end.

What You'll Do
- Help maintain and update the CRM / lead tracker with accurate, up-to-date information
- Support the sales team with scheduling, follow-ups, and pipeline coordination
- Research and identify potential organiser leads across categories and localities
- Prepare weekly outreach summaries and sales reports for the team
- Coordinate with the marketing team to align outreach with ongoing campaigns




- Assist in onboarding new organisers onto the Wooziee platform

What We're Looking For
- Good communicator: confident on calls and transparent in writing
- Organised and detail-oriented: you keep things from falling through the cracks
- Proactive and willing to take initiative: you don't wait to be told twice
- Interest in sales, events, or startups is a big plus
- Prior experience in sales, coordination, or customer-facing roles is an advantage but not required

Compensation
- Fixed: Rs. 8,000 - Rs. 30,000 per month (based on experience)
- Incentives on top, tied to conversion and performance targets

Working Hours Flexible and part-time. Deliverable-based: you manage your schedule.

Pay: ₹8,188.55 - ₹33,320.86 per month
