Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end US recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Lead offer discussions, salary negotiations, and onboarding coordination
- Maintain accurate records in ATS, trackers, and generate recruitment reports
Required Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in US Recruitment (preferably in an RPO environment)
- Proven experience in both IT and Non-IT hiring
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Hands-on experience with Boolean search techniques, LinkedIn sourcing, and ATS tools
- Willingness and ability to work night shifts aligned with US business hours
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
