We are seeking a highly experienced Gold Appraisal Partner for a pioneering Fintech organization specializing in doorstep gold lending. This is a critical field-based role where you will manage the end-to-end loan execution process—from home-based appraisal to bank-side processing—using advanced digital tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Field Valuation: Visit customer locations to perform accurate assessments of gold purity, weight, and market value.
- Loan Execution: Conduct customer KYC and document verification; facilitate the final loan execution at partner bank branches.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks during gold handling and financial transactions to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Customer Relations:
Maintain a professional and customer-centric approach to build trust and generate referrals.
- Bank Coordination: Act as a liaison between the customer and the banking partner to ensure a seamless experience.
Mandatory Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in the Gold Loan industry with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in Gold Valuation/Appraisal.
- Certification:IIBF Certification is mandatory.:
- Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler with a valid Driving License (DL) for daily field visits.
- Industry Background: Prior experience in a Bank or NBFC (Gold Loan division) is essential.
- Language: Fluency in Marathi is highly preferred; working knowledge of Hindi and English.
