Associate Dentist — Clinical Training Role Tricity Smiles Dentistry | Sector 28-A, Chandigarh

We are looking for a motivated Associate Dentist to join our team at Tricity Smiles Dentistry, Chandigarh. This is a paid clinical training role under a US-trained dentist — ideal for fresh BDS or MDS graduates who are eager to learn and grow in a structured, mentorship-driven environment.

Compensation & Schedule Starting at ₹18,000 per month. Final Salary will depend upon your educational background, work experience etc. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 10 am to 7 pm, and Saturday, 10 am to 2 pm.

Who We Are Looking For
- BDS or MDS graduate; freshers are welcome. MDS Pediatrics may also apply.
- Local to Chandigarh or surrounding areas, with reliable personal transportation
- Punctual, motivated, and genuinely eager to learn
- Strong communication skills with proficiency in English
- Comfortable engaging with patients on camera and in person
- Detail-oriented with positive organizational and multitasking abilities

Your Responsibilities




- Assist during dental procedures including pediatric, restorative, prosthodontic, endodontic, and surgical cases
- Prepare treatment rooms and ensure instruments and materials are ready before each procedure
- Take and process digital dental radiographs for diagnostic purposes
- Maintain accurate patient records, treatment documentation, and case notes
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, post-operative care, and treatment plans as guided by our protocols
- Sterilize and maintain instruments following strict infection control standards
- Manage inventory and coordinate dental supply orders
- Assist with front office tasks including scheduling and appointment coordination

What You Will Learn
- Comprehensive oral exams using digital x-rays, intraoral photography, and 3D scans
- Restorative procedures including composites, ceramic crowns, inlays, onlays, and bridges
- Pediatric dentistry including sealants, pulpotomies, and esthetic crowns
