Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Curriculum Delivery:
Teach IB Mathematics (Higher Level and Standard Level) based on the IB DP syllabus, ensuring lessons are engaging, challenging, and aligned with IB teaching practices.
- Student Support:
Provide individual or small group support to students, helping them to grasp complex concepts and build confidence in their mathematical skills. Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
- Assessment and Feedback:
Develop and administer formative and summative assessments that reflect the requirements of the IB DP. Provide timely, constructive feedback to guide student improvement and prepare students for the final examinations.
- Classroom Management:
Establish a positive, respectful, and disciplined classroom environment that encourages active student participation, critical thinking, and problem-solving.
- Collaboration:




Work closely with other IB Mathematics teachers and school faculty to share best practices, align curricula, and integrate interdisciplinary approaches to learning.
- Career development:
Stay up-to-date with developments in the field of mathematics education and the IB framework. Actively participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practices.
- Communication:
Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues regarding student progress, challenges, and areas of improvement. Provide regular updates on student performance.
- Extracurricular Involvement:
Support students beyond the classroom by participating in extracurricular activities such as math clubs, competitions, or tutoring programs.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
