About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
Payments System Analysis & Implementation
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for ACH, Fedwire, SWIFT, RTP, and ISO 20022 payment processing.




- Define use cases and functional specifications for payment-related features.
- Collaborate with stakeholders (Product Owners, Developers, QA, and Operations) to ensure smooth implementation of payment solutions.
- Work with ISO 20022 message structures, mapping legacy formats to new standard messages for Fedwire Funds Service and international transactions.

Process Optimization & Compliance
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements in ACH, Wire, and Real-Time Payments workflows.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including NACHA rules, FinCEN Travel Rule, and Fedwire guidelines.
- Support fraud detection, risk mitigation, and AML compliance in payment operations.

Testing & Defect Management
- Define test scenarios and perform UAT coordination for payment system enhancements.
- Work closely with QA teams to validate payment message formats (pacs.008, pacs.
