Experience in food handling and adherence to hygiene standards is required. The OJT’s will be under a probationary period of 5 months after which their performance would be evaluated. OJTs would be offered a permanent position till month 12 based on the evaluation, after which attains the level of Commi -3 Requirements: 2 OJTs for Culinary kitchen 2 OJTs for Bakinng kitchen
