Role Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Design high-quality social media creatives (posts, banners, ad creatives)
- Ensure quick response and timely delivery of all design tasks
- Create engaging and conversion-focused designs
- Maintain brand consistency across all platforms
- Work closely with the social media team
- Handle multiple projects without delays
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva or similar tools
- Strong understanding of social media design trends
- Ability to create engaging and scroll-stopping creatives
- Quick turnaround time and responsiveness
- Basic video editing knowledge (preferred)
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Performance Expectations
- Daily creative output as per company standards
- Quick response for revisions and urgent work
- High-quality, client-ready designs
- Strict adherence to deadlines
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
