Job Overview:
We are hiring a responsible and field-oriented Field Officer for our security services company. The role involves arranging manpower, managing deployments, and coordinating with clients to ensure smooth operations at various sites.

Key Responsibilities:
- Arrange and deploy manpower including Security Guards, PSOs, Housekeeping Staff, Pantry Boys, etc.:
- Ensure timely deployment and replacement of staff at client sites
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor staff performance and discipline
- Coordinate with clients and attend meetings when required:
- Handle manpower shortages and ensure quick fulfillment of requirements:
- Maintain attendance, duty rosters, and basic reporting
- Ensure proper grooming, uniform, and conduct of deployed staff
- Act as a link between management, staff, and clients

Key Requirements:
- Experience in arranging manpower and deployment in security or facility services




- Good local network for manpower sourcing:
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle fieldwork and multiple sites
- Must own a bike (mandatory) for field visits
- Basic communication skills (Hindi required; English is a plus)
- Prior experience in security services / facility management:
- Knowledge of local areas around Anand Vihar
- Ability to handle urgent staffing requirements efficiently
