Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee overall business operations across multiple locations.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals.
- Monitor operational performance, productivity, and profitability.
- Ensure smooth coordination between departments including Sales, Service, CRM, HR, Finance, and Administration.
- Drive customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
- Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and business partners.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate teams to achieve performance targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Prepare operational reports, forecasts,



and business reviews for management.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in senior management or leadership roles.
- Solid knowledge of automobile dealership operations preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multi-location operations and large teams.
- Strategic thinking with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively across regions.

Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree / MBA preferred.

Experience
- 10+ years of experience in Operations / Business Management / Automobile Industry.
