Key Responsibilities
- Curriculum Delivery: Teach Mathematics as per CBSE guidelines using interactive methods.
- Lesson Planning & Assessment: Create structured lesson plans and assessments.
- Student Development: Encourage logical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
- Classroom Management: Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment.
- Parental Communication: Provide updates on student progress and attend PTMs.
- Co-Curricular Engagement: Support competitions and school activities.
- Study Hour Supervision Conduct and monitor evening study hours for residential students, providing academic support, doubt clarification, and ensuring a disciplined learning environment.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Mathematics or related field + B.Ed. (mandatory)
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a CBSE school
- Ability to integrate technology into teaching
