Key Responsibilities:
- Create engaging content for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other platforms.
- Develop property-related content such as reels, walkthroughs, project highlights, and promotional posts.
- Write compelling captions, blogs, and property descriptions.
- Plan and manage a monthly content calendar
- Shoot and edit videos for property listings and site visits.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create lead-generating content.
- Monitor performance and optimize content based on insights.
- Stay updated with real estate trends and viral content formats.

Key Skills Required:
- Strong content writing and storytelling ability.
- Hands-on experience with video editing tools (Capcut, VN, Premiere Pro, etc.)




- Basic graphic design skills (Canva or similar)
- Positive understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media algorithms
- Knowledge of real estate industry is preferred
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Performance Metrics:
- Social media engagement (likes, shares, comments, saves)
- Growth in followers and reach
- Number of quality posts/reels published
- Website traffic

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
