Job Title: Export Sales Assistant Company: Devine Meditech

Job Summary: Devine Meditech is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Export Sales Assistant to support international sales operations. The role involves handling export documentation, coordinating with global clients, and assisting the sales team in expanding the company’s presence in international markets for medical devices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing export sales orders from inquiry to dispatch
- Prepare and maintain export documentation (Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill, COO, etc.)
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA, and logistics partners
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery
- Maintain export records and update MIS reports
- Support the sales team in lead generation and follow-ups
- Ensure compliance with export regulations and company policies
- Assist in preparing quotations and Proforma Invoices

Requirements:




- Graduate in Commerce / Business / International Trade (preferred)
- 0-6 years of experience in export or international sales (medical devices preferred)
- Knowledge of export documentation and procedures
- Basic understanding of Incoterms
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Good written and verbal communication in English

Preferred Skills:
- Experience in medical devices or pharma export industry
- Familiarity with DGFT, customs procedures, and logistics coordination
- Ability to handle multiple clients and deadlines
- Strong attention to detail

Work Location:
Okhla Phase1, New Delhi

Pay: ₹9,750.23 - ₹33,803.39 per month
