Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with design team for new product development.
- Handle sample development, approvals, and corrections.
- Ensure sampling is done as per buyer requirement and timeline.
- Follow up for fit sample, size set sample, photo sample, and PP sample.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and factories.
- Negotiate pricing, lead time, and quality standards.
- Ensure vendor compliance with company standards.
- Prepare product costing and margin calculation.
- Finalize pricing after negotiation with vendors.
- Work on discount and markdown planning if required.
- Handle complete order lifecycle from order confirmation to dispatch.
- Coordinate with production team for capacity planning.
- Monitor production progress and ensure timely delivery.

Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of garment manufacturing process.




- Good understanding of fabrics, trims, patterns, and fits.
- Vendor negotiation and communication skills.
- Robust coordination and follow-up skills.
- Good Excel knowledge (trackers, costing, reporting).
- Knowledge of SAP is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
