We are hiring a dynamic and confident Admission Counselor / Lead Manager for our Cabin Crew Training Institute. The role involves handling student inquiries, guiding them about the course, and converting leads into successful admissions.

Key Responsibilities: Call and follow up with student leads generated through ads and social media Explain course details, career opportunities, and training structure Counsel students and parents regarding cabin crew career paths Convert inquiries into admissions Handle WhatsApp and phone communication professionally Maintain daily records of leads, calls, and conversions

Requirements: Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English required) Confident, persuasive,



and result-oriented personality Ability to handle objections and close admissions Basic knowledge of calling and WhatsApp handling Prior experience in telecalling / sales / counseling is a plus
