Assess nutritional status of patients (IP & OP)
- Develop individualized diet plans
- Modify diets based on clinical condition
- Provide therapeutic diets (diabetes, renal, oncology, ICU, etc.)
- Participate in clinical rounds
- Counsel patients and caregivers on diet and nutrition
- Provide lifestyle and disease-specific dietary guidance
- Ensure patient understanding and compliance
- Plan and supervise patient meal services
- Ensure accuracy of diet as per prescription
- Coordinate with kitchen for meal preparation and delivery
- Monitor food quality, hygiene, and portion control
- Maintain diet charts and patient records
- Document assessments and progress notes
- Participate in audits and quality initiatives
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing, and support teams
- Ensure timely implementation of special diets
- Support multidisciplinary patient care
- Monitor and improve patient satisfaction related to diet

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
