Job Title: Digital Marketing Coordinator (In-Shop)

Location: Roshan Shah Jewellers, Jammu

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordination with Marketing Agency:
- Act as the primary point of contact between the company and the digital marketing agency.
- Relay shop-specific updates, promotional offers, and customer feedback to the agency.
- Ensure marketing campaigns align with the brand’s goals and timelines.

2. Content Management:
- Collect and share high-quality photos, videos, and content from the store for use in marketing campaigns.
- Oversee product listings, updates, and promotions on the brand’s e-commerce platform.

3. Campaign Monitoring:
- Track the progress and performance of marketing campaigns (e.g., social media, Google Ads, and influencer activities).
- Provide feedback to the agency on campaign outcomes, footfall impact, and customer responses.

4. Customer Interaction and Engagement:
- Respond to customer queries related to campaigns or digital promotions while at the store.




- Gather insights and feedback from customers visiting the store to inform future campaigns.

5. Reporting:
- Maintain records of marketing activities and their impact on in-store footfall and sales.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports summarizing campaign performance and ROI.

6. Collaboration with Store Team:
- Work closely with the store team to implement in-store promotions linked to digital campaigns.
- Coordinate events, offers, or seasonal campaigns with the marketing team.

Qualifications:
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Skills and Experience:
- Basic understanding of digital marketing principles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in tools like Google Docs, Excel, and social media platforms.
