We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Agent with proven experience in the US Auto Parts industry to handle both inbound and outbound sales calls.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from customers looking for engines & transmissions
- Perform outbound follow-ups on leads generated via website, ads & CRM
- Understand customer requirements (Make, Model, Year, Engine/Transmission type)
- Provide accurate quotes and close sales over the phone:
- Build trust with customers using product knowledge and communication skills
- Maintain and update leads in CRM system
- Coordinate with sourcing and logistics teams for order fulfillment
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
RequirementsMandatory:
- Minimum 3+ years experience in US Sales process:
- Experience in Auto Parts (Engines/Transmissions) preferred
- Robust English communication skills (US accent preferred):
- Proven ability to close deals over calls:
- Experience in handling both inbound & outbound sales:
- Comfortable working in night shift (US hours)
Preferred:
- Experience in used auto parts / salvage industry:
- Familiarity with VIN decoding, engine specs, transmission types:
- Experience using CRM tools
Compensation
- Fixed Salary + High Incentives (per sale):
- Performance-based bonuses

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Chandigarh, Chandigarh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
