Key Responsibilities
- Learn and support day-to-day production and manufacturing activities
- Assist in machine operations, process monitoring, and quality checks
- Coordinate with production, maintenance, and quality teams
- Prepare basic production and inspection reports
- Follow safety and operational standards on the shop floor
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (2025/2026 pass-outs preferred)
- Positive technical understanding of manufacturing processes
- Strong learning attitude and willingness to work on the shop floor
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD/MS Office will be an added advantage
- Good communication and teamwork skills
