Mazatrol Programming & Editing: Writing and refining programs directly at the machine control. This includes defining machining processes like facing, turning, and grooving by "filling in the blanks" for coordinates, speeds, and feeds.
- Machine Setup: Installing and aligning workholding equipment such as chucks, collets, and soft jaws.
- Tooling Management: Selecting appropriate cutting tools, setting tool lengths and radius offsets, and managing tool life within the control system.
- First-Off Inspection: Running the first component of a batch and performing a detailed inspection using micrometres and verniers to ensure it meets GD&T; specifications.
- Process Optimization: Adjusting cutting parameters (speeds and feeds) and program logic to improve efficiency,



reduce cycle times, and ensure stable machining.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
