Role Overview

The Foundation Teacher for Grades 6-8 is responsible for building strong conceptual understanding in Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) and Mathematics. The role focuses on developing analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and preparing students for higher academic levels.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Mathematics for Grades 6-8
- Simplify complex concepts using real-life examples, activities, and experiments
- Develop lesson plans aligned with CBSE/ICSE/State Board curriculum:
- Conduct regular assessments, tests, and assignments to track student progress
- Provide individual attention and support to students with different learning needs
- Encourage curiosity, critical thinking, and scientific temperament
- Use interactive teaching methods (visual aids, models, digital tools, etc.)
- Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment




- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student performance
- Prepare students for school exams, olympiads, and foundation-level competitive exams

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Science / Mathematics / Education (B.Sc., B.Ed. preferred):
- Prior teaching experience (preferred but not mandatory for freshers)
- Good communication and classroom management skills

Preferred Attributes
- Experience in coaching institutes or foundation programs
- Familiarity with NEET/JEE foundation level concepts:

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
