Job Description: MBBS Resident Doctor (General Physician)

Position: MBBS Resident Doctor - General Physician
Employment Type: Full time
Duty Hours: 8 hours per day
Location: Shivpur, Varanasi
Compensation: ₹40,000 - ₹60,000 per month (commensurate with experience)

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive general physician care, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up of patients.
- Conduct video consultations for pre-insurance and periodic insurance health check-ups as assigned.
- Review patient histories, medical reports, and investigations to ensure accurate clinical assessments.
- Maintain proper medical documentation and adhere to clinical protocols.
- Coordinate with nursing staff, diagnostics, and administration to ensure seamless patient care.
- Ensure compliance with ethical standards, legal requirements, and organizational policies.




- Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and continuing medical education as required.

Eligibility & Qualifications
- MBBS degree from a recognized institution.
- Valid medical registration with the relevant Medical Council (Preferably with UP medical council)
- Experience as a Resident Doctor/General Physician preferred (freshers may apply).
- Good communication skills; proficiency in telemedicine platforms is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
