We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Head to lead and grow the business of our resort. This is a leadership role where you will take full ownership of revenue generation, team management, and business development strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the entire sales function and drive revenue targets for the resort
- Develop and implement business growth strategies to maximize occupancy and event bookings
- Build and manage a high-performing sales team, set targets, and monitor performance
- Identify recent business opportunities including corporate tie-ups, weddings, conferences, and group bookings
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, travel agents, corporate houses, and event planners
- Negotiate and close high-value deals and long-term business contracts
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to make informed business decisions
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management review
- Represent the resort at industry events, networking meetings, and client presentations




- Collaborate with operations and other departments to ensure excellent guest experience and client satisfaction
- Oversee pricing strategies, packages, and promotional offers to stay competitive

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Hospitality Management, or related field
- 5+ years of proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in hospitality, resort, or tourism industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, motivate, and manage a sales team
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development
- Fluency in English and Hindi/Odia is preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
