About ORACURA ORACURA is a growing oral care brand focused on [smart/innovative/clinically-backed] products that improve everyday health. We're building an energetic sales team to take our products directly to customers, clinics, and retail partners across Navi Mumbai and beyond.
What You'll Do
- Visit and build relationships with clinics, chemists, retail stores, or B2C customers
- Present ORACURA's product range and close sales
- Own your territory identify recent leads, follow up, and convert by calling them from office
- Hit monthly targets and earn performance incentives on top of your fixed salary
- Maintain clean records using our CRM/sales tracker
Who We're Looking For
- 1-3 years of field sales or BD experience _(freshers with a go-getter attitude welcome)_
- Strong spoken communication in Hindi + English (Marathi a plus)
- Comfortable with local travel.
- Self-starter who doesn't need hand-holding to find opportunities
What You Get
- Fixed salary: ₹18,000-₹25,000/month (based on experience)
