About the Role

We're looking for a Digital Marketing Intern to help build Renate's presence across digital channels. You'll work directly with the founding team on campaigns, content, and brand building as we scale. This is a hands-on role where you'll own real work from day one.

What You'll Do
- Plan and execute social media content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and X
- Assist in creating marketing collateral: posts, banners, short-form video, newsletters
- Run basic SEO and keyword research for the Renate website and blog
- Track campaign performance and report on engagement, reach, and conversions
- Research competitors, industry trends, and emerging digital marketing tactics
- Support founder-led content, including podcast promotion and thought leadership posts
- Help manage paid ad campaigns on LinkedIn and Meta (basic setup and monitoring)

What We're Looking For




- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in marketing, mass communication, business, or a related field
- Strong written communication in English
- Working knowledge of Canva, basic video editing tools, and Google Workspace
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram, and X as marketing platforms
- Interest in startups, HR tech, or AI
- Self-starter attitude; comfortable working in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment
