Your future role

You'll play a critical role in shaping the future of AI-driven solutions at Alstom. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, product management, and operations), contribute to strategic technical projects, and foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and technical excellence.

You’ll specifically take care of supporting the AI Architect to define and execute the roadmap for AI-driven products and internal tooling to improve integration development, monitoring, and automation, ensure AI models and systems are deployed with scalability, performance,



and security in mind. ), review AI solutions design, conduct technology scouting for best practices, and much more.

We’ll look to you for:
- Leading and contributing to critical AI and technical projects
- Mastering Azure AI infrastructure (e.g., AKS/ACI, Key Vault, VNet/Private Link, etc)
- Conducting code reviews and improving existing projects
- Collaborating to foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and technical/secure rigor
- Supporting the AI Architect in defining and executing AI roadmaps
- Ensuring scalability, performance, and security of AI models and systems
- Aligning AI-driven initiatives with broader company and customer goals
