Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day architectural work at the project site.
- Ensure execution is as per approved drawings, specifications, and design standards.
- Coordinate with civil, MEP, and contractor teams for site execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections and monitor work quality.
- Prepare and review architectural drawings and site-related documentation.
- Resolve on-site architectural and design-related issues.
- Monitor material finishes, workmanship, and compliance with project requirements.
- Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and project stakeholders.
- Maintain progress reports and update management on project status.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards at site.

Requirements:




- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- 2-6 years of experience in site execution and architectural supervision.
- Robust knowledge of construction drawings, materials, and detailing.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and MS Office.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple site activities and meet deadlines.
- Experience in heritage, conservation, residential, commercial, or institutional projects will be an added advantage
