Your Journey & Impact:
- Maintain and prepare monthly reports on petty cash.
- Organize and rearrange supplier invoices.
- Prepare payment instructions, BEFTN, etc.
- Assist in cash incentive documentation.
- Assist in monthly Tax and VAT calculations.
- Assist in various Tax & VAT compliance as a team member.
- Assist in Treasury Challan Preparation.
- Communicate with the procurement team and vendor regarding quotations.
- Perform monthly Bank Reconciliation.
- Insert bookkeeping entries into Xero.
- Coordinate with the Head Office and the Bank for processing payments and other banking tasks.
- Need to travel to the Tax & VAT, BASIS, and BIDA offices for various compliance tasks.
- Assist in preparation for monthly/quarterly Tax returns.
- Assist in preparation for monthly VAT return.
- Other various tasks assigned by FM/MA or team Lead.

Education Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Professional qualifications from ACCA (part 1 qualified) are preferred
- Professional qualifications from ICAB (CA CC) or ICMAB (part 1 qualified) are also desirable.
Experience Required:
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
- Knowledge of Tax and VAT will be an advantage.
