We are looking for a confident, English-fluent Outbound Caller to join our night shift team at our Ahmedabad office. Your job is simple: call brand owners and decision-makers at companies across the US, UK, and Canada using our pre-researched contact lists, follow the script we provide, and hand off any interested prospects to our senior team.
What You Will Do
- Make outbound calls to US, UK, and Canada-based brand owners and decision-makers during their business hours
- When a prospect shows interest or asks for more information, immediately notify the senior team to take over
- Make 40-60 calls per shift consistently
What We Are Looking For
- Excellent spoken English — clear, confident, and professional on the phone
- Prior experience in outbound calling, telecalling, or BPO is preferred but not mandatory
- Comfortable calling international numbers and speaking with senior business owners
- Reliable, consistent, and able to work independently on a night shift
- No prior knowledge of Amazon or ecommerce required — we will train you fully
