Job Summary

Mahaboudh Jan Swasthya Evem Sarvangin Vikas Kendra is looking for a dynamic and experienced IEC Expert to lead strategic communication, public awareness campaigns, and stakeholder engagement initiatives for government, CSR, and developmental projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective IEC (Information, Education & Communication) strategies for government and social development projects.
- Design and execute communication campaigns, awareness drives, and outreach initiatives.
- Coordinate with media agencies, government stakeholders, NGOs, and institutional partners.
- Manage social media platforms, digital campaigns, and online engagement activities.
- Draft press releases, speeches, reports, brochures, newsletters, and communication materials.




- Ensure effective dissemination of information to enhance public awareness and visibility of projects.
- Support branding, publicity, and advocacy activities for flagship schemes and initiatives.
- Organize workshops, events, conferences, and public engagement activities.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare impact reports/documentation.

Eligibility CriteriaEducational Qualification
- Master’s/Bachelor’s Degree in:
- Mass Communication
- Journalism
- Public Relations
- Social Work
- Development Studies
- Marketing/Communication
- Or related field

Experience
- 3-8 years of relevant experience in:
- Government Projects
- CSR Initiatives
- Development Sector
- Media & Communication
- Public Relations

Preferred Skills
- Excellent communication and content writing skills
- Solid understanding of IEC & BCC strategies
- Experience handling government communication projects
- Social media management and digital campaign expert
