Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve institutional business targets across the assigned region.
- Manage and expand key institutional accounts including government hospitals, private hospitals, and corporate healthcare institutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government authorities and regulatory bodies.
- Liaise with government authorities for tender participation, approvals, and smooth execution of institutional contracts.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within institutional segments.
- Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of the institutional sales team.
- Ensure timely submission and follow-up of tenders, contracts, and rate agreements.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide actionable business insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Commercial Excellence for seamless execution.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance standards, and ethical business practices.




- Prepare and present periodic sales reports, business forecasts, and performance reviews.

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 8-12 years of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales with strong exposure to institutional business.
- Proven experience in handling government tenders and institutional accounts.
- Strong understanding of regional healthcare systems and institutional frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to manage large territories and consistently achieve business targets.
- Robust leadership, team management, and people development skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned region.
