Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and market networking.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the management.
- Visit dealers, distributors, retailers, contractors, plumbers, and construction sites regularly.
- Promote PVC pipe products and explain product features, pricing, and benefits to customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Collect market feedback, competitor activities, and customer requirements and report to management.
- Ensure timely order collection, payment follow-up, and coordination with dispatch and accounts departments.
- Maintain daily visit reports (DVR), sales reports, and customer databases.
- Identify new market areas and opportunities for business expansion.
- Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, campaigns, and product demonstrations.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide proper after-sales support.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and timely delivery.
Required Skills:
- Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong convincing and relationship-building ability.
- Basic knowledge of sales reporting and market analysis.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Knowledge of PVC pipe industry or building material sales will be preferred.
- Familiarity with local market and dealer network.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
Experience
- 1-3 years of experience in field sales/marketing preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
