Role: Delegate Acquisition Executive / Delegate SalesRole Objective

To identify, connect, and onboard relevant industry professionals as delegates for ASAPP conferences, expos, and industry events.

Key ResponsibilitiesDelegate Acquisition
- Identify target audience from the construction, infrastructure & engineering industries
- Generate database of potential delegates (CXO, Directors, Managers, Engineers, etc.)
- Invite professionals to attend ASAPP conferences & events

Sales & Revenue Generation
- Sell paid delegate passes for events




- Achieve monthly / event-wise delegate targets
- Follow up with interested prospects
- Convert leads into confirmed attendees

Client Engagement
- Explain event agenda, speakers & benefits
- Build relationships with industry professionals
- Handle delegate queries & objections
- Maintain long-term networking pipeline

Event Coordination
- Share confirmations & event details
- Coordinate with the operations team for attendance
- Ensure delegate participation before event date
- Maintain the database and reporting
