Key Responsibilities1. Data Entry & Bookkeeping
- Accurately record daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Process and verify vendor invoices, employee expense reports, and customer payments.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for all financial documentation, vouchers, and receipts.

2. Reconciliation & Compliance
- Perform routine bank reconciliations and verify internal ledgers against bank statements.
- Assist in reconciling inventory records with physical stock data.
- Support the senior team in preparing data for monthly GST filing, TDS compliance, and other regulatory submissions.

3. Reporting & Administrative Support
- Assist in the preparation of weekly/monthly financial summaries and cash flow sheets.
- Follow up with internal departments or external vendors regarding missing invoices, payment discrepancies, or billing queries.




- Provide administrative support during internal and external financial audits.

Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in a junior accounting or bookkeeping role.
- Software Skills: Proficiency in Tally Prime (or similar accounting ERP software) and solid working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas).
- Competencies:
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles (Debit/Credit rules, double-entry bookkeeping).
- High attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Good written and verbal communication skills to interact with vendors and team members.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
