Job Description: Business Development Executive (SaaS) - VachanAI

About the Company

VachanAI is a SaaS platform that enables businesses to deploy AI-powered voice agents to handle customer interactions such as sales inquiries, support, bookings, and follow-ups. These voice agents can operate 24/7, support multiple languages, and integrate with business systems like CRM tools.

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive who can generate and convert leads through both online outreach and in-person meetings. This role involves cold outreach, relationship building, and closing deals for VachanAI’s AI voice automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and qualify potential leads for VachanAI’s AI voice agent solutions

Schedule and conduct product demos (online and in-person)

Visit local prospects for face-to-face meetings and sales presentations

Educate potential clients on how AI voice agents can improve their business operations

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Follow up consistently to convert leads into customers





Maintain pipeline and update CRM/tools regularly

Required Skills:
Strong communication and persuasion skills

Ability to explain SaaS/AI products clearly to non-technical users

Comfortable with field visits and client meetings

Self-driven and target-oriented mindset

Good to Have

Prior experience in SaaS, AI, or tech sales

Familiarity with CRM tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator

Understanding of B2B sales cycles
