Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:Human Resource Management
- Recruitment and onboarding of staff
- Employee attendance, payroll coordination, and leave management
- Staff training and performance monitoring
- Maintaining HR records and employee documentation
- Building a positive and professional work culture
Operations Management
- Managing day-to-day clinic operations
- Coordinating with doctors, therapists, and reception teams
- Monitoring billing, inventory, and patient flow
- Ensuring SOP implementation across clinics
- Handling vendor management and administrative tasks
- Maintaining service quality and patient satisfaction
- Experience in healthcare, clinic, hospital, or wellness industry preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of HR processes and operational management
- Ability to manage multiple clinic operations efficiently
- Proficiency in MS Office and clinic management software
Qualification:
- MBA/PGDM in HR, Operations, or relevant field preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience
