Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business growth strategies
- Identify new market opportunities and client segments
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Lead, mentor, and manage the business development team
- Set sales targets and ensure team performance against KPIs
- Manage high-value accounts and key client negotiations
- Monitor sales pipeline, forecasts, and revenue metrics
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales
- Strong experience in handling targets and revenue goals
- Proven team handling and leadership experience
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
