Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Conduct visits to retailers within assigned territories to sell products.
- Build & maintain strong relationships with retailers, understanding their needs & providing appropriate product recommendations.
- Territories: Faridabad.
- Achieve objectives set by the company.
- Effectively communicate product features, benefits & promotions to retailers.
- Ensure timely & accurate completion of sales transactions & documentation.
- Maintain inventory levels & report any shortages or damages.
- Adhere to company policies & procedures at all times.
- Provide feedback to the sales team regarding market trends, competitor activities & customer preferences.
Please Note:
The Distributor Sales Representative role involves fieldwork, requiring travel to various areas of Faridabad as per the assigned schedule to engage with retailer & facilitate retailing.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with retailers.
- Proficiency in Hindi (spoken) & English (written & verbal).
- Strong numerical & calculation skills.
- Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly to recent processes & systems.
- Highly punctual & able to adhere to assigned work schedules.
- Previous experience in distributor sales or a similar field is preferred.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record & other legal proofs.
Working Hours:
Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
