Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities: Handle purchase of project and operational materials including:
- Tyres
- Cleaning materials
- Wire & electrical items
- Sweeping machinery items & spare parts
- LCV vehicle parts
- Gloves, safety shoes/boots, uniforms/dress
- Batteries and other related materials
- Search and coordinate with vendors and suppliers
- Compare quotations and negotiate rates
- Prepare purchase orders and maintain purchase records
- Ensure timely delivery of materials at required locations
- Maintain stock and purchase tracking reports
- Coordinate with accounts and operations teams regarding purchases
- Follow up for pending orders and vendor payments if required
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline
- 1-3 years experience in purchase/procurement preferred
- Experience in automobile, machinery, construction, or industrial purchase will be an advantage
- Good negotiation and communication skills
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office and documentation work
- Ability to manage multiple vendors and purchases simultaneously

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
