- About the role

As a Manager for Quality & Risk Management, you will get to:
- Establish policies,



frameworks (quality framework, Service level measurement framework etc.), and audit for delivery quality.
- Conduct quality training thereby instilling quality DNA (Lean, Six Sigma, ISO, ITIL etc.)
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project-level and operational risks.
- Provide independent assurance that projects adhere to contractual, regulatory, and internal risk guidelines.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to drive action plans from feedback received via client NSP/ CSAT
- Prepare documentation of client success stories
- Analyse and identify the linkages and interactions between the component parts of an entire system.
- Take ownership of projects, ensuring their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion.
- Partner with team leadership to ensure collective ownership of quality, timelines, and deliverables.
- Develop skills outside your comfort zone, and encourage other
