Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations including bookkeeping and ledger maintenance
- Compute, prepare, and ensure timely payment of Income Tax and other statutory liabilities
- Prepare and maintain tax-related documents, records, and filings
- Generate salary slips and manage salary disbursement accurately and on time
- Handle payments for all recurring and non-recurring bills including utilities, memberships, credit cards, broadband, and vendor invoices
- Perform regular reconciliation of bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial records
- Prepare GST data, reports, and ensure accurate and timely filing of GST returns
- Coordinate vendor registration and compliance documentation with clients and internal teams
- Monitor, manage, and maintain records of material stock in the store and coordinate timely procurement
- Compile and analyze monthly financial statements including Income Statements, Balance Sheets, and Budgeting Reports
- Assist management with financial insights, variance analysis, and cost control measures





Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
- Robust knowledge of accounting principles, GST, Income Tax, and statutory compliance
- Hands-on experience with accounting software (Tally, Zoho, or similar)
- Proficiency in MS Excel for financial analysis and reporting
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines
- Strong coordination and communication skills

Preferred Attributes
- Prior experience in real estate, construction, architecture, or project-based industries
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Process-oriented mindset with strong documentation habits

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
